3 | Concept Design
Exploring ideas and shaping your vision
With your brief and site information ready, I start bringing your project to life. I explore different layouts and design options to see what works best for your lifestyle and site. You’ll see concept sketches and a simple 3D model to help visualize flow, orientation, and the general feel of the design. I also prepare an initial specification for materials and systems and coordinate with a Quantity Surveyor if you'd like an early cost estimate.
