Refining the concept and preparing for Resource Consent
Once you've chosen a preferred concept, I refine the design with more detail, especially for kitchens, bathrooms, and circulation areas. I coordinate with consultants to ensure the design aligns with site conditions and planning rules. If Resource Consent is required, I prepare the necessary drawings and documentation for submission.
