5 | Developed Design
Adding detail and coordinating with specialists
At this stage, I work closely with consultants to fine-tune the design and technical details. This includes structural, drainage, energy efficiency, lighting, and material selections. I also coordinate with a Quantity Surveyor to provide updated costs estimates before moving to the final documentation stage.
