6 | Detailed Design & Documentation
Finalising everything for council and construction
Once the design is refined, I prepare the final construction drawings and specifications needed for Building Consent and for your builder. This includes all technical details, materials, and finishes, and I coordinate any remaining inputs from consultants. I submit the consent application to the council and manage any queries or requests that arise.
